Dietary Services |

In order to fulfill long
felt need of patients
and attendants of indoor
patients, for facility
availability of F&B at
the bedside of the
patients , as iss
available in big
hospitals like Escorts,
Apollo etc. in metros, a
very spacious kitchen of
international standard
has started right from
the beginning of our
hospital in the
basement. We have two
kitchens in our
hospital. One is diet
kitchen and another is
Cafeteria kitchen. The
size of the diet kitchen
is 20X80 ft. All the
patients are being
supplied fixed diets
from this kitchen. Diets
have been supplied to
the patients according
to his or her disease.
The Dietician prepares a
diet chart according to
the patients disease and
then the kitchen staff
prepares diet according
to the diet chart. The
kitchen is fully
equipped with ultra
modern utensils and
equipment supervised by
qualified and competent
team of dedicated
workers. Special
attention is paid to
maintain high quality
hygienic conditions in
the kitchen at all
levels, to protect the
food from bacteria; we
have our bakery in
Cafeteria. All menu
items are available all
the time. Our kitchen
runs 24 hours. We are
proud to mention that
our hospital is the
pioneer in starting this
facility in Jaipur for
the patients at their
bed side without any
extra charges and the
system is working very
smoothly to the
satisfaction of the
patients and their
attendants. |
