Soni group of hospitals started its humble beginning as a 20 bedded Soni nursing home at JLN Marg in 1986. Jaipur community valued its good services and within a span of 10 years and it grew to attain a status of 100-bedded hospital as a unit of Soni Medicare Ltd. This remarkable progress was due to the work of its excellent consultant doctor, its world-class healthcare facilities and the presence of super-specialty services for quality healthcare. A key factor in the rapid success of this institute was the vision of Dr. B. R. Soni along with the hard work and dedication of its consultants, medical staff and many others. Under the guidance of Ex-principals and Ex-HODs of Jaipur’s SMS Medical College, the Hospital created a brand image of quality healthcare in Rajasthan.

Both Soni Hospital and S.K. Soni Hospital have been merged under into the Soni Group of hospitals, providing super-specialist care more effectively all over Jaipur and Rajasthan.

SK Soni Hospital

Almost twenty years later- in 2003, under the guidance and dynamic leadership of Dr. B.R. Soni, SK Soni hospital was started, a 30 crore-enterprise providing world-class healthcare to the people of Rajasthan. SK Soni Hospital was constructed in an implausible span of 15 months and since it became operational from Oct 2004 it is one of the top class healthcare institutes in Northern India. Rajasthan’s largest super-specialty, trauma and general hospital in the private sector with a corporate ambience, replete with all hi-tech ultra modern facilities for total health care under one roof. SK Soni hospital at present has 225 beds with proposed capacity of 600 beds.

It was also the the first private hospital in Jaipur to handle Trauma and Medico-legal cases related to accidents and injuries. This hospital is equipped with multi-specialty and super-specialty departments, providing premium healthcare to all. A team of 30 renowned consultants headed by 10 Ex-principals & HODs of Medical Colleges are affiliated to serve patients and their respective needs.

About Late Shri Surendra Kumar Soni

SK Soni Hospital is named in the memory of the Late Shri Surendra Kumar Soni. He was a patriot of this nation. A hardworking and simple man who believed in this nation and that our own people shall make it better. From extreme poverty he arose and completed his Bachelors Degree with distinction in the 1940s. He lifted his own family from the street and helped in several other charitable organizations. Shri S. K. Soni ji also persuaded Dr. Bimal Roy Soni not to immigrate to USA but stay in India and start a hospital to serve the people of his own country. After retirement, he devoted his life to serving the people in Soni Hospitals. SK Soni Hospital was his dream but unfortunately due to ill health, he passed away in 2001.

Soni Nursing School (Need More)/ Clinical Trials

At present we are regularly conducting medical education programs and nursing education programs. We are also currently conducting over 60 clinical research trials at our institute. We are also in the process of further applying for 4 more Qualification & Diploma Courses for doctors and Nursing Educational Programs. Hence our clinical research and training programs are also up in full swing. We are in regular collaboration with a number of Doctors across the world and have organized several conferences in collaboration with doctors from Mount Sinai Hospital, NY as well as with Univ. of Pittsburgh, USA. These have also enriched our regular patient care programs both in SK Soni Hospital and for other doctors in Rajasthan.
